Pre-school at Ihsan School of Excellence is an Early Childhood Educational Program for 3 and 4 year olds. We offer part-time (3 days a week) to Full-Time (5 days a week) schedule.

At preschool, children are exposed to numbers, letters and shapes, and more importantly they learn to socialize with other children. Students are given valuable recess and play time every day. Our program prepares students for the academic and social demands of Kindergarten by building a strong foundation for their reading and basic math skills. Our program offers engaging, comprehensive, and research-based plans and curriculums for early learning disciplines.

We use a hands-on approach with award-winning curriculums from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt & McGraw-Hill. We offer instructions focused on vocabulary recognition, oral language skills, and number sense. Students learn phonological awareness and letter recognition in English and Arabic, Students learn through fun educational activities with show-n-tell, centers, field trips, and craft projects.

Along with the ECE Program children are also taught the pre-requisites for Islamic Studies, Quran and Arabic. They learn the duas for sleeping, eating, and praying.
